If you are a side-sleeper you may prefer a plush to a plush-firm mattress. This allows the hip and shoulder areas to sink in a bit while giving support to the lower back and legs. If you are a back and stomach sleeper you may want a firm to a plush-firm mattress that will better support the spine.
